Use to

As a chemical and radiation assisted crosslinking agent for polymers, it is suitable for the processing and modification of synthetic rubber, polyolefin, polyester resin, etc., and can also be used as monomers, adhesives and organic synthesis raw materials for the preparation of polymers.

Vulcanizing aid

When vulcanized with peroxide or used for synthetic rubber, it can improve corrosion resistance, aging resistance, hardness and heat resistance, and can absorb the odor generated when vulcanized with peroxide (such as DCP, 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, etc.). It has a plasticizing effect during mixing and a hardening effect after vulcanization, and can be used for MBR, EPDM, acrylic rubber and neoprene rubber.

Crosslinking agent

It can reduce radiation dose, shorten radiation time and improve cross-linking density. It is characterized by low viscosity, high cross-linking degree, low steam pressure and fast curing speed (especially suitable for PVC and PE radiation cross-linking processes); in addition, it can be used for photocurable inks and photopolymerized materials.

Wire coating material

It can be used as the wire coating material - crosslinking agent for PVC resin that a tough coat with heat resistance is formed by coating a very thin layer on the thin wire core.
